Candidate Profile
We are looking for candidates who:
- Have proven experience in international patient services, health tourism, or healthcare call center operations
- Preferably have previous experience in a dental clinic, hospital, or medical tourism company
- Have strong knowledge of managing international patient leads from initial contact through follow-up, appointment booking, and sales conversion
- Have previous experience managing a call center or sales team
- Are experienced in monitoring team performance, KPIs, conversion rates, and sales targets
- Are familiar with patient communication processes conducted through WhatsApp, phone calls, and CRM systems
- Can effectively manage lead distribution, response times, follow-up processes, and sales performance
- Can monitor call and communication quality and provide coaching, training, and constructive feedback to team members
- Are capable of preparing performance reports and analyzing operational and sales data
- Have a strong results-driven and sales-oriented mindset
- Possess strong communication, leadership, and team management skills
Language Requirements — Mandatory
Fluency in both Turkish and English is required for this position.
Candidates must be able to communicate effectively in Turkish, as the role requires following internal documentation, CRM records, operational procedures, and communication with the local management team.
A strong command of English is also mandatory, as the Supervisor will regularly communicate with international patients and foreign members of the call center team.
Candidates who are not proficient in both Turkish and English will not be considered for this position.
Responsibilities
The International Patient Call Center Supervisor will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the international patient call center team and ensuring that incoming leads are handled quickly, accurately, and effectively.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the daily workflow of the international patient call center team
- Ensuring incoming leads are contacted and followed up within the required response times
- Monitoring representatives' appointment booking, sales, and conversion performance
- Tracking individual and team KPIs
- Monitoring the quality of calls, WhatsApp conversations, and patient communication
- Providing training, coaching, and performance feedback to team members
- Improving processes to increase appointment and sales conversion rates
- Managing and monitoring lead stages and follow-up processes within the CRM
- Analyzing conversion rates, lead performance, response times, and sales results
- Preparing and presenting regular performance reports to the management team
Preferred Experience
Priority will be given to candidates who have previously worked directly in an international patient / health tourism operation and have hands-on experience managing a call center or sales team serving international patients.
Experience specifically within the dental, healthcare, or medical tourism industry will be considered a strong advantage.
